Beyond the Barbell has the experience, passion and dedication to help clients achieve real and sustainable goals. Our coaching will teach you the training methods to look good and move well. Helping you perform in all aspects of your life.

 

Build

BTB Build is our signature strength program purposefully designed to build strong capable humans. We coach mastery of the fundamental movement patterns in a progressive format to ensure continual results for any level of trainee, from a complete beginner to the everyday athlete. 

 

Burn

BTB burn will have you going all out with structured conditioning that will improve the efficiency of all of the body’s energy systems. Expect high energy, huf and puf work that will have the endorphins pumping and you feeling amazing.

Yoga

BTB yoga is your chance to compliment your high intensity work to relax and unwind. Bring balance to the mind and body by way of breathing techniques, mindfulness practice and bodily positions reducing stress and improving mobility.

Pilates

BTB Pilates is a mind-body workout that uses controlled movements to increase core stability, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, improve coordination and control of the body and muscles. An emphasis is put on alignment, breath work, and posture. Pilates is low impact but high intensity and is modifiable to all levels of fitness and any specific goals.

Barre

Barre class is somewhat similar to Yoga and Pilates but differs through the incorporation of terms and movements derived from ballet. The use of a barre, resistance bands, yoga straps, exercise balls, and hand or ankle weights alongside a combination of classical dance, Yoga, and Pilates-based movements makes Barre a unique and fun way to get your training in.
